Who We Are

Flourish Behavioural Health and Education is a Sudbury-based ABA practice dedicated to helping children, youth, and families build meaningful, flexible skills that fit real life. Led by a BCBA and supported by Supervised Instructor Therapists under Clinical Supervisor oversight, we blend solid behavioural science with modern approaches like ACT, RFT, and Precision Teaching. We serve Sudbury and Northern Ontario with compassion, transparency (hello, HiRasmus!), and a commitment to dignity and choice. Our work is individualized, values-driven, and always focused on what truly matters to the people we support.

Our Team

Supervised Instructor Therapists provide day‑to‑day therapy under Clinical Supervisor guidance. All treatment plans are developed and overseen by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), meeting the practice standards of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).

Alison Fera
MPEd., BCBA, R.B.A. (Ont.), Clinical Director

Founder and Clinical Director Ali Fera, brings extensive experience in both education and behaviour analysis. She holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Education, a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, and is Level 2 credentialed in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT). For 10 years, Ali worked as an Ontario Certified Teacher, teaching both locally and abroad in Brussels, Belgium, before returning to Sudbury to focus on clinical practice.

Ali’s clinical expertise lies in contextual behavioural science, with a strong focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and progressive applications of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She receives ongoing coaching and participates in international communities of practice with leaders in these fields. In addition, Ali has contributed to curriculum development for the Honours Bachelor of Applied Psychology program at Cambrian College, supporting the training of future professionals.

Beyond her clinical leadership, Ali is a busy mom with a passion for wellness. She is a certified yoga teacher and graduate of a diploma program in holistic nutrition, and she enjoys weaving mindfulness, movement, and balance into both her personal and professional life.

Jeannette Tessier
RECE, Lead Supervised Instructor Therapist

Jeannette is a registered early childhood educator and completed a post grad diploma in Autism & Behavioural Sciences with goals to pursue Board certification in the field of behaviour analysis. 

Jeannette has been working in the field of ABA for over two years  and truly loves what she  does. At Flourish,  Jeannette loves providing a caring, safe, and compassionate environment for our clients. When she is not working with clients, or increasing her knowledge on Behaviour analysis, she can be found competing at crossfit competitions!

Mackenzie Morton
MA, Supervised Instructor Therapist

Mackenzie (or “Mack” as known by her family, friends, colleagues and clients) is a psychology and sociology graduate from The King’s University and a recent master’s student at the University of Waterloo with the goal to pursue board certification in the field of behavioural analysis.

She is passionate about working in social services, using her background in recreation and leisure as an avenue for promoting hope and living well and continuously educating herself on ways to support and provide compassionate care in every space she is in. When she is not studying, working or volunteering, she loves being outdoors with family and friends!

Hailey Selk
BSc, Supervised Instructor Therapist

Hailey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science from Humber Polytechnic and a diploma in Social Service Work from Cambrian College. She brings a grounded, thoughtful approach to her work, drawing from both academic knowledge and hands-on experience. Hailey is especially passionate about Mindfulness and supporting clients in building resilience to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. Outside of work, she’s often outdoors, playing music, or reading a good book! 

Yolanda Thibeault
Supervised Instructor Therapist

Yolanda Thibeault is a dedicated professional with extensive experience supporting families and children within the fields of social services and Autism. With a compassionate approach and a deep commitment to advocacy, Yolanda has spent several years working to improve access to resources, education, and inclusive support systems for neurodiverse individuals and their families. Yolanda continues to be a driving force in creating inclusive environments where every child and family can thrive. In her spare time, Yolanda can be found travelling, spending time with her family and volunteering with the Theatre and arts community.

Megan Faggioni
Administrative Assistant

Megan brings warmth, genuine care, and years of experience in administration and customer service. She’s passionate about working with children and creating supportive environments where they can thrive. Her gymnastics journey began at age 4, turning competitive at age 8 and eventually finishing her athletic career specializing in power tumbling. Over the years, she has coached athletes of all ages, building trust and celebrating every milestone along the way. Outside of work, Megan enjoys staying active and keeps her inner child alive through video games, arcades, and movies.
